After a hurricane, if a pre-agreed payment is due on your policy, you don’t need to make a claim. We will send you the money that you are due automatically! You don’t need to do a thing or wait or worry that your payment might not be issued.
The money will be sent to you using PayPal. We will send the money to the email address you use to register with us. You will then receive an email from PayPal notifying you of the payment. You can register with them or sign in to spend the money online or transfer it to your bank account.
We really recommend you set this up alongside your Yokahu account so there is little you have to worry about in the event of a hurricane hitting. We’ll remind you.
